These Terms govern your use of the Superset application and its associated services (collectively, "Service"), which are provided by us, the independent developers of Superset ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Eligibility To use the Service, you must be a student of KU Leuven and must register using a valid university email address. You confirm that the information you provide during the registration process will be accurate and complete.

2. Use of the Service You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service solely for your personal and educational purposes. You agree to not misuse the Service in any way that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Service.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of us and our licensors. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set forth herein.

4. User Conduct You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or invasive of another’s privacy.
• Transmit any data or send or upload any material that contains viruses or any other harmful programs.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any networks, servers, or computer systems connected to the Service.

5. Data Protection We will collect and use your personal data, such as your name and email address, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our Service, and all data is stored within the European Union.

6. Changes to the Service We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any part of it with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
